A Death in Service
Return to the Barrington Harts!
A 1940s mystery LARP set against the chaos of WW2. Picture the scene... an isolated manor house in the heart of the New Forest has been rebuilt after a mysterious fire gutted the building twenty years ago, killing all but two of the visiting guests.
Recently as needs must, it has had a change of use- becoming home to a group of evacuees from the poorer London suburbs along with their staff. Still, the house and its groundss retains an "uncomfortable" reputation with the locals. But you can't believe everything you hear...

Weapons Training Day
We spent three intensive hours learning groovy moves based on medieval sword fighting techniques. Then we had a bit of a pagga to test our skills.
Neil's Make-up Training Day
The rather wonderful Mr Neil Hughes spent a day with us in his workshop in Dudley teaching us how to make people look exceptionally poorly. The pictures are all available in the galleries pages for your perusal, shock and horror.
Death in Pictures
You have been invited to attend a party held by the famous silent movie actress Freddie Grant and her management team. Held in a grand manor in the secret and isolated heart of the New Forest, by gentlefolk whose reputation for debauchery suggests it should be the event of the year. Still, Burley Manor House has gotten itself a bit of a reputation for strange goings on, and there was that dubious incident that hit the papers just five years ago. Oh well, you can't believe everything you read.
